I offer mindfulness resources and personalised one to one mindfulness coaching in the UK for mums looking to reduce overwhelm and find calm in our often fast paced lives. ​​As a mum myself I'm well aware of what it feels like to have a busy mind, so ​whether you have a busy work schedule or are navigating the everyday challenges of parenting, I can guide you through various mindfulness techniques and give you the skills and confidence to take these practices with you into the world.​​
